Cotter (Stacey) of Allegheny Township; his granddaughters, Alyssa Kleimko (Jake) of Plum and Ashley Cotter of Plum; and his siblings, Richard Cotter, David Cotter, Patrick Cotter, Maryalice Schubert, Kathleen Kaper and Loretta Haberman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
