It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Helmininack (Allegheny, Pennsylvania), born in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 17, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Casimer "Ki" and Anna Misejka Helmininack; and his brother Casimer Joseph "Hoppy" Helmininack. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Skuta Helmininack; his siblings, Thomas Helmininack (Lynn) of Natrona Heights and Donna Palmer (Michael) of Upper Burrell; and his siblings-in-law, Audrey Helmininack of Fawn Twp, Dolores Quinio of Brackenridge and Stephen Skuta (Gwen) of Montesano, WA.. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
