He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Poleski, Sr. and Jennie Poleski (Szost) of East Vandergrift. He is survived by: his wife Bonita Poleski (Naccarato); his son Matthew Poleski of Ringoes, NJ; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Poleski of Ringoes, NJ, Brayden Poleski of Ringoes, NJ, Taylor Poleski of Ringoes, NJ and Madison Poleski of Ringoes, NJ; his brother John Poleski (Laura) of Allegheny Township; and his siblings-in-law, Vincent Naccarato (Jim McGarrah) of Avon, CT, Louis Naccarato (Mary Lee) of Leesburg, FL and Deanne Kuruc (Randy) of Lower Burrell. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
