He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Angelo "Banjo", Mary Puchi, Chester and Agnes Zimak. He is survived by: his parents, Eugene G. Puchi Sr. and Arlene Zimak Puchi of Muse; his fiancée Karen Bond; his daughters, Kiersten Puchi of McDonald, Jada Puchi of Connellsville, Gianna Puchi of Connellsville and Kendall Puchi of Southpointe; and his siblings, Jeffery Page, Jeanie O'Hare (Robert) of Muse and Jodi Partozoti (Damon) of Hickory. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the statewide mandate, masks must be worn in the funeral home which must be limited to 25 people at a time.
