He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil J. and Amelia Sosovicka, Sr. (Tomka); and his siblings, Ludwig Chernek, John Chernek, Amelia Benik, Mary Jane Graham, Wilma Fusko and Emma P. Okopal.
He is survived by: his wife Marie E. Sosovicka (Kolek); his daughter Denise M. Brock, Jr (Larry); his grandsons, Andrew and Keegan Brock; his siblings, Joseph Chernek, Robert Sosovicka (Sandy), Ann Beigay and Helen Brander; and his sisters-in-law, Dolores Polchinski (Thomas), Veronica Kobulnicky (Michael) and Andrea Scalise (Patsy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and grand dogs.
