He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald J. Mann, Sr. and Beatrice Mann (Orr). He is survived by: his wife Faith Mann (Lockard); his daughter Alice M. Gray (Brian); his sisters, Sharon Anderson (Jerry) of Port Matilda, PA and Sylvia Miller (Norm) of Shippensburg, PA; and his uncle Sam Orr. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
