She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Bolewitz and Margaret Bolewitz (Daugherty); her husband Jack Sgourakis; and her sisters, Dorothy "Dot" Lewis and Margaret "Babe" Hoak.
She is survived by: her children, William M. "Bill" Sgourakis (Michele) of Apollo, Jack Z. Sgourakis (Leanne) of Allegheny Township and Melissa M. Bastone (Frank) of Allegheny Township; her grandchildren, Christopher Sgourakis, Joshua Sgourakis (Maricris), Amanda Sgourakis, Katie Shannon (Matthew) and Rylee Sgourakis; her great grandchild Adalia Sgourakis; and her brother Clarence "Bole" Bolewitz (Patricia) of Natrona. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
