She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Bachorz and Helen Bachorz (Kosco); her husband Jeffrey L. Smith; and her siblings, Maryann Zarnesky, John and Andrew "Shorty" Bachorz.

She is survived by: her children, Michael (Ashton), Jessica and Jennifer (Gabriel); her grandchildren, Shylynn, Tyanna, Tavier, Sarahlynn and Sutton; and her siblings, Richard Bachorz (Christine), Thomas Bachorz (Karen) and Gloria Cominsky (Joseph). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (605 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963).
