He is survived by: his parent Helen Francart (Whalen); his wife Pat Francart (McGivern); his children, Mark Francart (Teresa) of Smethport and Renee Patz (David) of Allegheny Township; his granddaughter Jennifer Goehring (Ryan); his great grandchild Kensi Goehring of Allegheny Township; and his stepgrandchildren, Leslee Richards (Jim), Rich Mann (Nichole) of New York, Emmalee, Archer, Kevin, Nicolas and Caleb.
