He was predeceased by: his father Nick Kolakowski. He is survived by: his mother Virginia I. Baranowski Kolakowski (Victoria A. Ostrowski Kolakowski); his children, Justin Kolakowski (Chrissy) of Pittsburgh and Chelsea Martin (Ed) of Bayonne, NJ; and his siblings, Linda Dolmajer (John) and Kenneth Kolakowski (Babette) of Bloomington, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lower Burrell Funeral Home (3124 Leechburg Rd, Plum, PA 15239). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christian Memorial.
