He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest P. Kightlinger and Norma Jane Lewis Kightlinger; his father-in-law Raymond Garlick; his siblings, Dennis, Kenneth, Penny Adams and Rose Myers; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Kightlinger.
He is survived by: his son Charles R. Kightlinger; his wife Danna Kightlinger; his daughter Elizabeth; his son-in-law Jacob Graham; his sister Cindy Wells; his brothers-in-law, Ray Turner and Robert Adams; his mother-in-law Dorothy Garlick; his sister-in-law Linda Kightlinger; and his niece Mary Jane Kightlinger.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rose and Black Funeral Home & Crematory - Stoneboro (99 Franklin St, Stoneboro, PA 16153). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
