She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Sematic and Michael Sematic. She is survived by: her husband Gerald F. Claybaugh, Jr; her sons, Brendan (Tracy) and Brodie (Becky); her grandchildren, Brenna, Braedan, Benjamin, Logan and Royce; her sister Gloria; and her siblings-in-law, John Gombala and Geraldine Yowonske.

Donations in her name may be made to the Charleroi Area School District Education Foundation Board.
