She is survived by: her husband Thomas E. "Tom" Phillips; her daughter Jacqueline "Jackie" Schall (Michael) of Elderton; her grandchildren, Shawn Alter (Jen), Brian Alter (Chelsie) and Raquel Miron (Stephen); and her great grandchildren, Cole, Morgan, Christian, Grayson and Kailee. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
