It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Smallwood of Allegheny, Pennsylvania, born in Greensburg, Indiana, who passed away on November 15, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Albert Miller; her husband Paul J. Smallwood; and her siblings, Bill, Jim, Paul Miller, Dorothy DeMoss and Marilyn Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Love of Cambridge, MD., Rick Smallwood (Patti) of Lower Burrell and Steven Smallwood (Shari); her grandchildren, Holly Burkot (Michael), Greg Love, Josh Smallwood (Nikki), Kristy Farione (Derek), Sam Smallwood (Martha) and Julie Smallwood; her great grandchildren, Owen, Gavin Smallwood, Nora Farione and Zachary Burkot; her niece Ann; and her nephew Jeff DeMoss.
The family suggests donations made in her name to Lower Burrell VFW Post 92, 1601 Wildlife Lodge Rd, Lower Burrell, PA 15068.
