She was predeceased by: her parents, Murnis Banner and Anna Marie Banner (Gasdek); her husband Martin F. Rattay; and her siblings, Murnis Banner, Lynn Banner, Bernice Diepenhorst and Mary Lou Magerko-Perrin.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Arnold (Randy) of Alva, FL, Vivian Carter of New York City, Marty Rattay (Judy Koningh) of Bouldercreek, CA, Chrissy Addington (Tom) of Indianapolis, IN, Michael Rattay (Jean) of Allegheny Township, PA, Joyce Rattay (Nathan Moore) of Indianapolis, IN and Matt Rattay (SuChong) of Indianapolis, IN; her sisters, Margaret Person (Robert) of Orlando, FL and Carolyn Kerr (Rudy) of Mt. Airy, MD; and her sister-in-law Eileen Banner of College Park, MD. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
