Jack (Goldie) of Bethel Township and Kenith Jack of Gilpin Township; her brother-in-law Donald Toeppe of Michigan; and her nieces and nephews, Carol J. Jack Johns, Christine Jack Pinkerton, Wilson L. Jack Jr. (Brenda), Robert D. Jack (Deirdre), Michael Jack (Fran) and Scott Jack.
