He was predeceased by: his parents, William Laney and Ruth Laney (Murphy). He is survived by: his wife Linda Laney (Johnson); his children, Jeffrey Laney and Vickie Laney; his granddaughters, Jennifer Farley and Rebecca Fifield (Brett); his great grandchildren, Emma Farly, Wyatt Fifield and Parker Fifield; and his aunts, Violet Murphy and Helen Murphy Baker.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Vicent DePaul Society at St. Titus Catholic Church.
