He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Gaston and Jeannette Gaston Halley; and his stepfather Tommie Lee Halley. He is survived by: his children, Markie, Jason Adamson, Quincy, Romar Burden, Felicia, Robin Gaston and Chaurita Nance; his sisters, Frances Townsend of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania and Velesta Jenkins of Plumas Lake, California.; his niece Patricia Gaston; and his great-nephew Roger Henderson.
