He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bickerstaff and Dorothy Bickerstaff (Dean); and his sisters, Mildred Whitworth, Carol Lawrence and Jean Cuifo.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bickerstaff (Landers); his children, Richard Hendrickson (Cindy), Shari Calabria (Shawn) and Robert Bickerstaff (Veronica); and his grandchildren, Miranda Bickerstaff (Frank Gagliardo), Trent, Gavin, Alyssa Bickerstaff, Bryce, Garrett Calabria, J. T. Hendrickson (Brittany French) and Kylie Ackerman (Adam). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
