She was predeceased by: her parents, Dawson J. Smith and Margaret M. Smith; her sons, Rick (Joyce Mihalik) and AJ Mihalik; and her siblings, Emogene, Patricia, Donald, James, Eugene, Roy and Chuck.
She is survived by: her husband Andrew J. Mihalik; her daughters, Carol (Jerry Olson) and Mary (Tom Marshall); her grandchildren, Sean Marshall, Jamie Gilman (Jeremy), Nicole Marshall (Brian Lockhart), Brandon Mihalik (Ann), Jerry Olson (Trish) and David Olson (Sissy); her great grandchildren, Brian, Anne, Landon, Hunter, Emma, Jerry III, Skylar, David Jr. and Kendall; her sister Agnes Davis (Phil); and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Smith and Debbie Smith. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
