She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kavolak and Angeline Kavolak (Borkowski) of Washington, PA.; and her siblings, Freddy, Carl, Jenny and Alfred.
She is survived by: her husband John Lonski; her daughters, Jerri Lynn, Mary Anne (Mike Williams) and Johnene (Jeff Belsky); her grandchildren, Jordan, Michaela, Aaron Belsky and Nicholas Williams; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Michaela and Avery Williams.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Good Samaritan Hospice, Concordia Lutheran Ministries, 134 Marwood Rd, Cabot, PA 16023, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides comfort for those preparing to go home.
