She was predeceased by: her parents, Berardino Crisi and Giacomina Crisi (Toma); her husband Flavian Pulcini; and her siblings, Anthony Crisi (Florence), Peter Crisi (Mary) and Mary Legge (Carl).
She is survived by: her children, Theodore Pulcini of Carlisle, PA and Diane Pulcini of Aliquippa; her niece Jackie D'Alessandris; and her caregivers, Cindy, Erica, Aura and Sierra. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Susan to Our Lady of Fatima School, 3005 Fatima Drive, Aliquippa PA 15001.
