She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Gerard and Dorothea Anna Weinheimer (Richter); and her brothers, David and Francis Weinheimer. She is survived by: her husband Henry Robert Hart; her children, Katie Hart, Stephen Hart (Sarah), Laura Duvall (Christopher), Anna Turkovich (Ferdinando), Rebekah Hart, Abigail Hart, Emily Hart, Caleb Hart and Lydia Brugere (Joshua); her granddaughters, Ellia Hart, Mia Hart, Emery Hart, Harper Turkovich and Claudia Brugere; and her siblings, Robert Weinheimer (Sandra) and Debra Riek (Bruce).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made in Susan's honor to Good Samaritan Hospice House, 146 Neely School Road, Wexford, PA 15090.
