He is survived by: his parents, Russell Lee Worthy Jr. and Cynthia Allen (West); his wife LaToya; his daughter Nilah; his brothers, Dion West (Adjalon), Tiran West (Jamie) of Beaver County and Christopher; and his stepfather Art Allen. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a savings account has been set up in Nilah's name for college.
