He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jean Holmes and Pete Holmes; his wife Maxine; his children, Peter Holmes (Susan), Keith Holmes (Marcella) and Kimberley Holmes Flickinger; his grandchildren, Eryn, Hannah (Joseph), Reed, Henry, Trudy, Jed (Emily), Emma, Kyler and Elijah; and his great grandchildren, Abel and Elsie.
