He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kirschner and Hazel Kirschner (Sutter); and his brother John Kirschner. He is survived by: his wife Irene McGee; his daughter Helene Klemanski (Richard); and his granddaughter Hayden Klemanski. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Masonic Charities of Pennsylvania or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
