She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Urick Sr. and Ann Zubasic Urick; her brother Samuel "Dee Dee" Urick Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Georgine Gruber Durish and Richard Kendra.
She is survived by: her siblings, Michael Urick Sr. (Carol Decanini), Marlane Kendra and Richard Urick (Brenda Urick); her sister-in-law Janice Urick; her nephews, Michael Urick Jr., Jason Urick (Monique), Bryan Schultz (Laura), Bradley Schultz (Deana), Samuel Urick III (Dana), Nicholas Urick and Richard Brenton Urick; her niece Brittany Urick (Sam Long); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Santiago M. Urick, Neko Urick, Dashiell Schultz, Wyatt Schultz, Robert August Long, Lily Urick, Scarlett Urick and Violet Urick.
