He was predeceased by: his father Lewis J. Petrovich, Sr.; and his cousin Gene Dewey. He is survived by: his mother Lori Petrovich of Hopewell Twp; his siblings, Jon Mark Petrovich (Lisa) and Lisa Petrovich (Charles); his nieces and nephews, Erica, Elizabeth and Charlie; his uncle Mac; his cousin Veronica (Max); and his friend Jane Fennych (Norm).
