Milne of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, born in Rochester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 9, 2022, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Thomas E. Milne, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Bonnie Hastie Milne of Rochester; her wife Petra A. Tallo; her sister Debbie K.; her brother-in-law Larry Helton; her brother Thomas E. Jr.; her sister-in-law Debi Milne; her mother-in-law Mary Ellen Tallo; her sister-in-law Erica Tallo; her nieces and nephews, Hannah Helton (Dean Brooks), Luke Helton, Megan Bailey (Edwin) and Jacob Milne (Rebecca); and her great-nieces, Evelyn Bailey and Cecelia Joy Milne.
