He was predeceased by: his parents, James Adrian and Alta Meda McIlvain (Pierce); and his sister Shirley Zahner. He is survived by: his wife Doris McIlvain (Jelea); his children, Tracy Weigel (Bryon) and Scott McIlvain (Bobbi Jean); his grandchildren, Ben, Jason McIlvain, Brett and Sara Weigel; and his sister Judy Morgan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tatalovich Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. - Aliquippa (2205 McMinn St, Aliquippa, PA 15001). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Life Presbyterian Church (2795 Patterson Dr, Aliquippa, PA 15001).
