She is survived by: her husband Eugene "Salt" Smith Jr.; her children, Charmaine Norville (Terrence), Deborah Cook (Derrick) and Carlton Smith (Renee); her grandchildren, Xavier, Myles Smith, Isaiah, Noah Norville (Genesis), Phoenix, Quincy Cook, Dynasti Curenton and LaToya Rice; her great grandchildren, Shakur, Spirit, Jayden Curenton, Tamari Gordon and Aamir Rice; her godchildren, Santiago Rosario, Annisa Simmons (Willie), Lucious and Brian Curenton; her in-laws, Harvey Smith (Marian), Rutha Smith, Merylyn Smith, Daisy Smith, JoAnn Smith and Willie Scott Sr.; and her cousins, George Henderson Jr., Wilfred Henderson, Elliott Williams, Robert "Cokomoe" Hinshaw, Karen Carver Dudley, Beverly Williamson, Lauris Robinson (Dezell) and Rob Hinshaw (Dana). She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and neighbors.
