She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas D'Jovin and Marie D'Jovin (Corsi); her husband James T. Chernko; and her siblings, Gary D'Jovin and Marie D'Jovin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anna Lane (Donald) and Terri Amadio (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Austin Lane (Sara), Carmen Amadio and Samuel Lane; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Eliza and Logan Lane. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
