She is survived by: her son David Stultz, Jr. (Carolyn); her siblings, Mary Fanzo, Nancy Marra and Wayne George; and her grandchildren, Alexander Stultz, Katherine Stultz, Mara Petrone and Maxwell Petrone. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
