He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Harvey Junior and Laura Harvey; his wife Catherine Harvey; his daughter Jacquelyn Harvey; and his siblings, Bill Harvey and Jean Pinizzotto.
He is survived by: his son John; his daughter-in-law Marchelle Harvey; his granddaughters, Laura Harvey and Brittany Harvey Phillips; his great grandchildren, Kendra, Monica and Jayden; and his sister Donna Kowchuck. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
