He was predeceased by: his father House. He is survived by: his children, Gregory, Dale, Jacqueline, Conrad Jr., Dawn and Mervin; his sisters, Carrol Givens, Annice Lay and Deloisteen Brown M. D.; his daughter-in-law Brenda Person Ph (White); his grandchildren, Jibri of Kellie, DVM, Ashley, Annique Baston, Nathan Baston of Hannibal, M. D., Halcyon, Bryson Hampton-Person, Amara Hampton-Person and David; and his great grandchildren, AJ, Jaquir, David, Anthea, Cassius, Maya and Bryson II. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
