He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Swiontek and Marcia Swiontek Jr. of Independence Twp; his wife Shaina Swiontek; his children, Ava, Thomas and Zoey Swiontek; his sister Jamie (David Davis II); his nieces, Hailey and Brionna; his nephew Logan; and his grandmother Doris Swiontek of Independence Twp. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
