He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Norton and Betty Norton (Britton); his children, Charles Norton and Margaret Norton; and his brother Henry Norton.
He is survived by: his wife Opal Norton (Young); his children, Jason Frederick (Heather Juth), Mark Frederick, Robin Norris (Jack), Arthur Norton, Jr., Jeff Norton, Vince Norton and Mike Norton; his sister Betty Norton; his grandchildren, Melissa, Skylar Juth and Jack Norris, Jr.; and his close friends, Daphne and Sammy. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends.
