She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carpenter and Faye Carpenter (Keckley). She is survived by: her husband Richard J. Harter; her sons, Brian Harter (Courtney) of Nashville, TN and Brock Harter (Crystal) of Huntingdon; her grandchildren, Brayden and Landen Harter; and her sister Carol Waugh (Jim).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the John B. Brown Funeral Home (417 Washington St, Huntingdon, PA 16652). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
