She was predeceased by: her parents, Ensign Varcoe and Verna Varcoe (Curtis); her husband David Hauenstein, Jr.; her sister Eunice Hauenstein; and her brothers-in-law, Dwight Hauenstein and Gordon Hauenstein.
She is survived by: her sons, David III (Barbara), James (Ruth) and Leonard (Beth). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
