She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur J. Cloutier and Marie Rose Cloutier (Gagnon); her husband Adolph S. Kustra; her son Stanley A. Kustra; and her siblings, Napoleon Cloutier, Albert "Tux" Cloutier, Raymond Cloutier and Simone Mathews St.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia A. Kustra of Chicopee and Lawrence J. Kustra (Ellen) of Myrtle Beach, SC; her grandchildren, Kristen Christopher (Peter), Matthew Peetz, Cheryl Reilly (Patrick), Robert Kustra (Tricia), Laurie Labrie (Daniel), Darlene Coolong (Michael) and Stefanie Kustra; her great grandchildren, Emma, Lily Christopher, Myles Peetz, Hannah, Gabriel Reilly, Scott Kustra, Darrick Kustra, Rachel Labrie and Lacy Coolong; her great great grandchild Adriana Reilly; and her siblings, Roland Cloutier of Chicopee, Jeanne Lafleur of Chicopee and Noella Gaydos of Chicopee. She is also survived by her many nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.

Her family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to the Holyoke VNA and Hospice Life Care, 575 Beech Street, Holyoke, MA 01040 or the Chicopee Fire Department.
