He was predeceased by: his parent Warren H. Confer; and his siblings, Warren, Lloyd, Margaret Rohrbach, Janet Pauley and Shirley Kramer.

He is survived by: his parent Miriam G. Confer (Haas); his wife Kathy; and his siblings, Eugene, Robert, Donald, Ronald, Carl, Richard, David, Mary Fogelman, Marion Hinnershitz, Dorothy Keefer and Susan Haberle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Bill's memory may be made to Lehigh Valley Hospice 2024 Lehigh St, Suite 100, Allentown, PA 18103.
