He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey R. Moyer and Eva S. Moyer (Reese); and his siblings, David, John, Charles, Raymond, Nevin, Shirley Edleman and Susan Moyer.
He is survived by: his wife Bethann Moyer (Heard); his children, Clifton (Lisa), Raymond and Joy (Barry Heimbach); his stepdaughters, Loribeth (Troy Knauss) and Christy (Dan Helffrich); his grandchildren, Madelyn, Dylan, Austin, Logan, Owen, Isabella, Cassidy, Kaylynn and Clara; and his sisters, Cindy (Gary Hillegass), Betty Rothrock, Pauline Strauss and Sarah "Bonnie" (Samuel Unger).
