He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Carlin O. Williams and Edna V. Williams (Overturf); and his siblings, Homer (Ruth) and Margaret Cameron. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Stout (David) of Orefield; his son Richard (Theresa) of Dallas, PA; his sister Carlene Schmoyer (late Terrance K. Schmoyer) of Emmaus; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Will Stout, Dominique Boland-Rishcoff and Catherine Falzone; and his brother-in-law William Cameron of Allentown.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trexler Funeral Home (1625 Highland St, Allentown, PA 18102). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (2010 W Chew St, Allentown, PA 18104).
