He was predeceased by: his parent Harold Frey; and his sister Cynthia Bowers. He is survived by: his parent Bertha Frey (Berghold); his wife Carol; his children, David Frey Jr. of Alburtis and Alison Frey of Alburtis; and his siblings, Harold Frey of Bethlehem and Joanne Bartholomew of Danielsville.
