He was predeceased by: his mother Margie Kirkpatrick; and his son Michael Lee Kirkpatrick (Sherry) of Millville. He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Petrylak); his sons, Jeffrey Kakaley (Amy) of Macungie and Robert Kakaley (Cindy) of Snohomish, WA; his grandchildren, Harrison, Oliver, Penelope, Emma and Abby; and his siblings-in-law, James Elliot and Janette Taylor. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
