He was predeceased by: his father George F. Kelly. He is survived by: his mother Loretta Kelly (Geracitano) of Philadelphia; his children, Steven C. Kelly, Kristina N. Kelly and Elizabeth Grace Kelly; his brothers, George Kelly (Linda), Michael Kelly (Donna) and Louis Kelly (Colleen); and his former wife Rose Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
