He is survived by: his mother Xiomara Fuentes (Vargas) of Brooklyn, NY; his wife Jacqueline Fuentes (Ramirez) of Albrightsville, PA.; his daughters, Melissa Fuentes of Brooklyn, NY, Alicia Fuentes of Kunkletown, PA and Alexis Fuentes of Albrightsville, PA.; his grandchild Kayden Lopez of Kunkletown, PA; and his siblings, Carmen Jimenez (Elias) of Albrightsville, PA and Eddie Fuentes (Virginia) of Brooklyn, NY. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
