He was predeceased by: his father Jack A. Whittaker Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Katrina Rarick; his mother Betty Whittaker (McCollum) of Wind Gap; his daughter Alyncia Rose Whittaker (Tylan Ford) of Tobyhanna; his grandchildren, Cinder, Crimson and Sinestra Ford; and his brothers, Rob Whittaker of Wind Gap and Jack A. Whittaker Jr. (Gina) of Tobyhanna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
