He is survived by: his wife Luz Roa (Hernandez); his children, John Roa (Milena Coba) of Colombia, Libardo Andre Roa (Bernadette Torres), Victor Roa of Colombia, Eliana Roa (Wagner De Lara) of Elizabeth, NJ and Karen Roa (Barry Brickman) of Tobyhanna, PA.; and his siblings, Gladys, Doris and Jiaro Roa. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren.
