He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Mary Swart. He is survived by: his wife Anne C. Swart (Kanyuck) of Albrightsville, PA; his children, Joseph L. Swart Jr. of New York, Amanda Clark (Michael Brusso) of Dushore, PA and Cody W. Hall (Kimari Saracino) of New York; his grandchildren, Lynn Clark Jr. and Renessmee Wolfe; his siblings, James A. Swart (Jean) of Virginia and Rebecca Swart of Virginia; and his mother-in-law Phyllis Kanyuck (Annette Hanes-Swart) of Albrightsville, PA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
